What is ThetaHealing?

At its heart, ThetaHealing is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that uses meditation, focused thought, and connection to the Creator to help you clear limiting beliefs, heal deeply, and live in alignment with your highest self.

Founded by Vianna Stibal in 1995 as part of her own healing from a 9-inch tumor, ThetaHealing has since become a globally respected technique for mind-body-spirit transformation.

You don’t need to follow a specific religion or belief system—this work is universal, loving, and inclusive of all paths. It’s about reconnecting with Divine energy, shifting subconscious blocks, and choosing a life rooted in joy, wellness, and purpose.

Your Pathway to Becoming a Certified ThetaHealing Practitioner & Spiritual Life Coach

This immersive training experience includes four core courses (plus one elective) designed to elevate your spiritual and coaching skills in just 12 days of coursework and 10 hours of practicum.

You'll receive:

Game of Life is a dynamic, forward-focused course that helps you identify what’s holding you back from success and joy—and release it.
Love of Self is a journey inward, where you’ll uncover and heal hidden blocks to self-worth, self-love, and inner peace.
