Save $500 when you pay in full, not more than 2 weeks after your deposit is made.
Add $2,000 for single occupancy (hotels only- all rooms are shared on the private sailing vessel).
Please register with a friend/partner to guarantee double occupancy.
If you register solo and want double occupancy, we will do our best to find you a roommate for the land portion, but it is not guaranteed.

Deposit is non-refundable. We will refund 50% of any additional payments made up until April 1, 2026.
After April 1st, it is non-refundable. In case of illness, you may transfer your place to another person.

Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo

Day 2 - Cairo to Aswan - Abu Simbel Temple
Experience the awe-inspiring energy of Ramses II and Nefertari — a powerful opening to the journey.
Day 3 - Aswan - Private Visit to Philae Temple + Elephantine Island
Enjoy a private group visit to the Temple of Isis at Philae — one of Egypt's most beloved sacred sites.

Day 4 - Aswan - Nubian Villae Immersion

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I fly into?
Cairo, Egypt. There will be an "airport angel" waiting for you to help you through the customs process, get your bags, and get you into the transportation to the hotel. In country flights during your tour are included in the cost and are arranged by our tour guides.
Do I book my own air travel?
Yes. You are responsible for booking your own travel arrangements. If you need recommendations feel free to reach out.
What will the room arrangements be like?
Rooms will be assigned first come, first serve. If you wish to room with a specific person, please indicate that at registration. Rooms on the boat are double occupancy only. Rooms at the hotels can be single occupancy with added supplement.
What do I need to bring?
A full list of what to bring will be provided closer to the event, including recommended items and clothes for ceremony. (You will want at least one white outfit).
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, unless after the interview process we have come to a decission that this trip is not the right fit. After that you have up until July 2026, to receive 50% back of further payments that have been made. After August 1, 2026, the trip is non-refundable. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended, and we recommend you get it immediately after being approved for the trip. We have a travel innsurance company link we will send you.
Do I have internet access?
The hotels and boat should all have internet, however, service may be spotty in some areas. However, know that some of the temple locations are remote, and you may not have a lot of phone signal.
Is the trip handicap accessible?
Sadly no. A lot of the trip is rough terrain and not wheelchair friendly, including the boat.
