DAY 1
Cairo (Dinner)

Wednesday, September 10th - Arrive in Cairo by 3 p.m. (If at all possible, we encourage you to come a day early)

You will be greeted at Cairo International Airport and escorted to Le Meridian Hotel across from the airport. At the hotel, you will be assisted for a smooth check-in. Then relax at the pool and/or schedule a spa treatment.

The tour begins with an evening welcome dinner, where we will set our intentions for this sacred pilgrimage. 

(Please keep in mind that you may need to leave your country on Tuesday, September 9th, to arrive in Cairo on Wednesday, September 10th)

DAY 2
Cairo to Aswan (Breakfast/Dinner)

Thursday, September 11th - After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport, take a short flight to Aswan, check-in at Benben Hotel.

BenBen Hotel is a dare-to-be different destination, conveniently nestled on the old Nubian Island of Heissa, overlooking the serene city of Aswan. This hotel, as an idea, was built with a passion for its beautiful location, offering guests a peaceful stay and something unique. The exceptional Nubian-style architecture and the majestic panoramic natural surroundings make this eco-friendly hotel the absolute recharging hideaway to discover your most refreshed self. 

The most authentic and intimate way to cruise the Nile is aboard a felucca, traditional sailboat used in Egypt since ancient times. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a relaxing Felucca sail to Elephantine Island. 

DAY 3
Aswan (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Friday, September 12th - Abu Simbel Temple

After early Breakfast, we will transfer you to Abu Simbel to enjoy our Visit to Abu Simbel Temple, which is built by the greatest of the Pharaohs, Ramses the Second. These huge rock-cut Temples marked the southern boundary of the Egyptian Empire with Nubia at the peak of its power during the new Kingdom, transfer back to Aswan. 

DAY 4
Aswan (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Saturday, September 13th - Private Visit Philae Temple* / Nubian Village

This morning, check out from BenBen Hotel, take a short coach ride to the lakeshore and transfer to motorboat for the island of Philae Temple consecrated to Isis, Egypt’s Divine Mother. We will enjoy meditation and take ample time here to experience the healing energy of Isis and her lovely island complex. This isle represents a fusion of three great civilizations: Egyptian, Greek and Roman. At Philae, you may feel a connection to the Great Cosmic Mother, to the power of creation, and to Egyptian magic.

Afternoon we will explore Aswan’s Nubian heritage during this private three-hour excursion to Sohail Island. Head inside a family home to get to know local community members. Listen to stories about the culture brewed -and history of the Nubian people over a homeglass of tea. Enjoy free time to explore the island on your own, known for its brightly painted homes.

DAY 5
Kom Ombo Temple (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Sunday, September 14th - Sailing down the Nile

After breakfast, we will visit Kom Ombo Temple, the only dual temple in Egypt. The Healing Temple of Kom Ombo is a glorious, picturesque ruin along the Banks of the Nile. This dramatic temple, poised between the edge of the river and the encroaching desert sand, was dedicated to two gods – Sobek the crocodile god of strength, fortitude, fertility and rebirth, and Horus the Hawk-headed son of Isis and Osiris. The duality of the light/dark, conscious/unconscious, yin/yang is apparent in this ancient site. One of the most powerful places in Kom Ombo is the Seat of Neutrality, which is placed on the exact centerline between the parts of the temple that are dedicated to Horus/Sobek and light/dark. Then we sail to Edfu. 

DAY 6
Edfu Temple (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Monday, September 15th - Private Night Visit Edfu Temple*

Sailing to Edfu, Free time in the Morning, In the evening, we will visit Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus, the Falcon God, the best-preserved temple of the Ancient World, and one of the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. When you approach the well–preserved temple complex, you become aware of its enormous dimensions, with a vast courtyard, a forest of towering columns and high ceilings. The side chambers of the temple of Horus show the complexity of ancient rites; they include a healing chamber, a perfumery, and singers’ rooms. One chamber, called the House of Life, stored all of the sacred texts used in seasonal and daily rituals. Horus is associated with higher vision and clarity. This temple offers a deeper exploration of the Divine Masculine and Feminine qualities as they relate to the story of the Eye of Horus. The eye of Horus greatly relates to his myth and power. The left eye represents the lunar, the moon, the intuitive, and the feminine energy. The right eye is connected to the solar, the masculine, the action, and the yang energy. Both are necessary for true power to exist.

DAY 7
Sailing the Nile (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Tuesday, September 16th - Full day Sailing to Esna

Today we fully enjoy sailing the Nile, a laid-back day where we watch the farmers and countryside of Egypt, as we cross Esna Lock. This is one of the favorite days of most of our guests, as it is a day of idyllic sailing from a time gone by. 

DAY 8
Luxor (Breakfast/Dinner)

Wednesday, September 17th - Karnak & Luxor Temples

This morning, we will enjoy our last breakfast on our Dahabiya then check out. We will enjoy an early a Visit to the magnificent Karnak Temple. Karnak is the biggest temple complex in Egypt – and an incredibly special place. It is dedicated to the Gods Amun and Mut. As you enter, you walk between a row of ram headed sphinxes, which originally connected Karnak with Luxor Temple two miles away. Take some time to visit the sacred Lake of Karnak, ask for purification and place your intention in your mind’s eye into the Lake. Outside the main halls is a small chapel dedicated to Sekhmet, her consort Ptah and their son Nefertum. Sekhmet is the lioness Goddess of compassion and courage. She is associated with feminine fire and healing through destruction. She is a renowned healer and known for magic and ability to hunt down an imbalance at its origin. In a potent private initiation, we will honor the Goddess and receive the gift of courage to be our authentic selves. We will have a meditation with Sekhmet and enjoy the shade under Hathor's sycamore tree, noted to be 2000 years old.

In the evening under the Stars we will visit the Temple of Luxor. The large Ancient Egyptian Temple complex located in the East Bank of the Nile River. Here we are able to see that this temple is built like a human body – the outer layers represent the feet and as we move deeper into the temple, we make our way towards the head, where the Holy of Holies, the inner sanctuary, is located. This is a wonderful place to focus on physical healing. As you walk through the body of this temple, notice how your body feels and re-member radiant health. Awaken the parts of you that are sleeping, activate divinity codes and turn on your inner light.

DAY 9
West Bank of Luxor (Breakfast/Dinner)

Thursday, September 18th - Medinat Habu / Hatshepsut Temple / Memnon Statue / Luxor Market

This morning after breakfast, we take a bus ride to explore the West Bank of ancient Thebes. While it is not among the most well-traveled sites on the West Bank, Medinat Habu is considered by many visitors to be among the most impressive sights they see in Luxor. This temple complex is impressively preserved, especially in comparison to the Rameseum, on which its plan is based.
While the Rameseum was built by a more famous pharaoh (Ramesses II), Medinat Habu, commissioned by Ramesses III, is a more more impressive sight with its pylon and many of its walls still intact and more more of the original painting visible on its carved surfaces.
We will also visit the mortuary Hatshepsut Temple, and on our way back we will stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, where they are now uncovering the Temple of Mut, which will be larger than Karnak Temple once it is excavated.
In the evening we will visit Luxor Market, where we can enjoy the local flavors and sights.

DAY 10
Abydos Temple & Dendara Temple (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Friday, September 19th - Private Visit at Abydos Temple* & Private Visit at Dendara Temple*

After early breakfast, we will transfer you directly to visit Abydos Temple, which was one of the most important religious sites to ancient Egyptians. As a result, the Temple he built contains small chapels dedicated to each of the major gods: Ptah, Re-Harakhte, Amun-Re, Osiris, Isis, and Horus. Much like modern Muslims hope to complete a pilgrimage to Mecca at lease once in their lifetime, ancient Egyptians would have hopes to visit Abydos, which for them was strongly associated with the Entrance into the afterlife.
On the way back to Luxor you will visit the exquisite Temple of Dendara, dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of abundance, love, Fertility, childbirth, joy, music, dance, drunkenness, and escorting souls through the afterlife. The temple is built with a zodiac ceiling that recalls the origins of Egypt. In the temples crypt, interesting hieroglyphics look nearly alien in nature. The mysterious "light bulb" carvings raise theories about ancient energy sources. On the rooftop where Hathor priests and priestesses gathered for their celebrations thousands of years ago, we will reconnect to our heart centers in a heart opening chakra ceremony. We will also connect with Earth and Cosmic energies, using Love to amplify both and return them in gratitude. Return to Luxor.

Luxor to Cairo (Breakfast/Lunch)

Saturday, September 20th - Travel from Luxor to Cairo

After Breakfast, transfer to Luxor Airport, take a short flight to Cairo,
Transfer you to our luxury accommodations at the spectacular Hyatt Regency Cairo West Hotel, which is situated in the heart of the exclusive Pyramids Heights business park and located on the west side of the City.

DAY 12
Cairo (Breakfast/Lunch)

Sunday, September 21st - Autumnal Equinox. Private Visit to Sphinx*/ Saqqarra Step Pyramids/ Lecture with Gamal

We will start our day with a special visit to the Sphinx, Horus of the Horizon, is facing the rising sun, the Great Sphinx is located on the Giza Plateau, on the west bank of the Nile River. Later Egyptian rulers worshipped in as an aspect of the sun god, calling it Hor Akhet. The Sphinx sits in part of the necropolis of ancient Memphis, the seat of Power for the Pharaohs, a short distance from the three large Pyramids.
Afternoon, we enjoy visiting Saqqara where we visit the most impressive of dozens of Old Kingdom Pyramids and tombs on the West Bank near Ancient Memphis, including the oldest pyramid, the Step Pyramid of Djoser, and its temple of soul and healing. About 2630 BC Imhotep, architect to King Djoser (Dynasty III), masterminded the Step Pyramid of Sakkara. The world's oldest freestanding stone structure, this Pyramid consists of six tiers atop a mastaba, or low, oblong tomb, faced with cut stone. This magnificent site includes other Old Kingdom tombs, among them those that hold the earliest known hieroglyphs and The Pyramid Texts (Unas) that were the model for the Egyptian Book of the Dead.
You will visit a famous perfumery and meet Aura and Aromatherapy Master - Gamal, who developed his spiritual abilities since childhood and lived several years in the Sinai where he learned from the Bedouins and becomes a "Healer from the Heart." Experience "The Seven Sacred Chakra Oils of Pharaohs" - traditional Egyptian Essential Oils.

Monday, September 22nd - Solar Eclipse. Private Visit to the Great Pyramid* / New Grand Museum* / Farewell Dinner**

Early morning, we will have a special visit inside the Great Pyramid with a culminating initiation in the King's Chamber. Here we unite our life stories with the story of those who have come before us and those who will come after, as we embrace the transformation that we have experienced on this journey. Pay particular attention to the Sphinx and the Giza Plateau. Listen closely as you hear the incredible sounds of the entire city being called to prayer. Feel the energy of the spirits... we are off to discover some of the most awesome Wonders of the World. Our guide, who is an excyclopedia of Egyptology, will give us detailed examinations of various controversial theories surrounding these amazing structures.
In the afternoon, you will visit the brand - New Grand Egyptian Museum, a stunning architectural marvel that straddles the 162-foot difference in levels between the Nile Valley and the Giza Plateau. Explore the sculpture gardens in the museum park and marvel at the massive statue of Ramses II in the main atrium. As we ascend the Grand Staircase, lined with 87 statues of kings and gods, you will feel a sense of awe and wonder at the incredible history and culture of Egypt.
In the evening, we will have a beautiful farewell dinner to seal new friendships, integrate wisdom, and say thank you and goodbye to Egypt.

Tuesday, September 23rd - Say Farewell to Cairo

After breakfast, Transfer to Cairo Airport for Final Departure, and either head home or join our extension to Jordan.
